- In this area you can enter your name, company, title, email, and
preferred mailing and billing address.
Member-Get-A-Member
- In this area you can enter the name of the member(s) that referred
you to EWGA.
Demographics
- In this area you are able to enter the type of business in which
you work.
Golf
- In this area you are able to enter information about your golf skill level.
Payment
Information - In this area you will select your dues items,
enter your credit card information, and authorize your payment. EWGA
Membership Dues are non-refundable.
Create
Login and Password - In this area you will create a temporary
login and password. Your password
must contain at least 1 numeric and 1 alpha character and it must
be at least 6 characters in length. Please note: that your login
and password will be reset by EWGA Headquarters once your membership
has been processed. Your new login and password will be emailed to
you.
Once
you have completed your application, click SUBMIT.
Next
you will review the information that you have entered.
To
make changes click EDIT.
If
you are satisfied with the data that you have provided, click SUBMIT.
Your application will not be submitted to EWGA Headquarters until
you click SUBMIT on the confirmation page.
EWGA
Headquarters has now received your membership application for processing.
Once your application has been processed, a confirmation will be sent
to you via email containing your new login information as well as verifying
your membership details.
