LOGGING IN

When you enter the EWGA Members Only section, you will see the Login screen.  Enter your login and password, then click Sign On.

Login:  Enter your Member ID number*.
Your Member ID number will ALWAYS be your Login.
 *This is the five digit number on your Member Card.

Password:   Enter your password.  
You can change your password after you login to whatever you wish but there must be at least 1 numeric and 1 alpha character and it must be at least 6 characters in length. 

If you have forgotten your password and you have an email address on file, you can follow the instructions on the Login page and Reset your Password or send an email to webmaster@ewga.com with your name and Member ID and a password will be provided to you.

After you LOGIN, you will be returned to the Welcome page.  You will know you have successfully logged in if your Name and ID number appear in a PROFILE area on the left hand side of the screen.

If all attempts fail, send an email to webmaster@ewga.com and describe the problems you are having.

TROUBLE LOGGING IN

Some members have trouble logging into the Members Only site or they do login but cannot see their PROFILE. If this is happening to you, you will probably need to change the settings of your web browser:

  • The Members Only section requires that cookies are enabled to view it. Please be sure that your cookies are enabled. To do this using an Internet Explorer web browser, go to the Tools menu on the web browser, then Internet Options, then the Privacy tab. Select the option that allows you to override the default settings and allow specific sites. Click Edit and add memberewga.com to the Allow list.
  • Set your web browser so that pages are always refreshed.  This will insure that you get the latest version of web pages when you visit the page.  To do this using an Internet Explorer web browser, go to the Tools menu on the web browser, then Internet Options, then the General tab, then Temporary Internet Files, then Settings.  Select the option that checks for newer version of pages with every visit to the page. Change your settings to “Check for a newer version of the page ON EVERY VISIT TO THE PAGE”. Once this is done, close your Internet Explorer and reopen it to go to the Members Only site.
