In this area you will be able to access a printable membership directory for your Chapter. To access the printable directory, follow these steps:

• Click on the Membership Reports link on the left side index
• Click on Chapter Rosters
• Click on Chapter Membership Directory
• A new window will open which will display the report for online viewing.
• To PRINT the report:
  • Click the PRINTER button
  • Enter the page range that you would like to Print. (Select ALL)
  • Click PRINT
  • At the prompt “Would you like to open this file or save it to your computer”, click OPEN
  • The report will open in Acrobat Reader
  • Click Print from your Acrobat Reader
• To SAVE the report:
  • Click the PRINTER button
  • Enter the page range that you would like to Print. (Select ALL)
  • Click PRINT
  • At the prompt “Would you like to open this file or save it to your computer”, click SAVE
  • Choose the location and filename that you would like to save as and click SAVE
  • Then open the file from Acrobat Reader
