EWGA's Kansas City Chapter Doesn't Let a Little Snow Get in the Way of a Good Time on the Links

Who Says You Can't Play Golf in the Snow?

EWGA Kansas City Metro Chapter Board members (pictured l to r) Pat Pierson, Evie Curtis, Beth Schmitt, and Danita Bounds recently braved cold temps and 6 inches of snow on the ground to play in the 7th Annual Idiots Open benefiting Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care. This group was the only female foursome in the tournament and came in second place!

This winning team also volunteered and staffed the "Hit the Idiot" contest, raising $150 at the tournament.  $16,700 was raised overall.
